The new Facebook newsfeed is slowly but surely being rolled out in the Netherlands. In this transition phase, it is important, especially as a page manager, to know what is coming and how you can prepare for the changes. In this video I talk to Facebook expert Marcel van der Heijden. He gives three practical tips for Facebook page managers!

Marcel says that with the new newsfeed, Facebook content will become much more visual. Photos have become larger and richer, the information that accompanies the photo is more extensive, and the text now falls over the photo. So keep this in mind. In the video, Marcel shows what goes wrong if you use a logo at the top of your image, for example.
Tip 2: Develop customized content
Make sure that a photo is large enough to be displayed greece mobile phone number list optimally in the Facebook newsfeed. Use short texts with the photos. Marcel says that various studies have shown that the longer the text with a photo, the less effective the message becomes.
Tip 3: Integrate Facebook & Pinterest strategy
Pinterest is often described as a visual version of Facebook. On Pinterest, images are shared a lot. People actively search for images so that they can be shared. Marcel says that as a page manager you can take advantage of this by aligning Facebook and Pinterest.
