The sections that we can create in the Marketing plan to describe the present are usually:

Our products
Our Market Share: How much money is our market estimated to be worth and what is our market share. For the first, look for reports for your sector, for the second, you can divide the annual value of your market by your thailand telegram database annual sales figure.
Who we sell to: Profiles of our customers (age, position, demographics), where they are located geographically, etc.
Who we compete against
If your company is a start-up and you are not clear about this information, look for it in the head of the general manager (he has a more global and abstract perspective of the business). If you work in a large company, this data surely already exists in some corporate document.


I'm sure you've done this at university. If not, there are millions of examples on the web. SWOT analysis helps us to look at ourselves in perspective. We are here (with these strengths and weaknesses) but we may later find ourselves in other more favourable situations (opportunities) or unfavourable ones (threats). What should we put here?
