TEDxAmsterdam , isn't that Ideas Worth Sharing? Indeed, but without that 'sharing' hardly anyone knows about the ideas of speakers. How does the content team do that? As live reporting coordinator and former editor-in-chief, I would like to take you along for a look behind the scenes of TEDxAmsterdam's content kitchen.
The numbers
With the growth of the event in fame, popularity (12,000 people on the waiting list) panama mobile phone number list and number of visitors (1,000) the content team has also grown. Where in 2010 there were 6 people who took care of all the blogs and social media with images from 2 photographers, in 2013 there were:
12 live bloggers
2 editors
3 social media specialists (from SocialInc.)
2 video bloggers (for YouTube descriptions and more)
8 photographers
1 image coordinator
1 overall coordinator
43 articles ;
1772 photos, of which 4 panoramas ;
55 unique texts for the videos, including 33 Talks and artists , 10 interviews and 12 behind-the-scenes stories.
All this content would not be possible without the efforts of more than 120 volunteers who produce the event. From the speakers team that arranges the programming and all the surrounding matters and the experience team that provides surprising experiences for visitors, to the special 3D light projection that has been set up down to the last detail by the technical production. The content team tries to do justice to all the efforts of the many volunteers, partners and speakers by telling beautiful stories.
