On desktop, YouTube users can hover over a video thumbnail and see a short replay of the clip. Now that feature is being extended to mobile, with the added ability to browse through a video’s different chapters — those subdivisions of content that YouTube launched a year ago that allow creators to use time stamps on videos so viewers can easily jump to a specific section, or rewatch a part they’re interested in or missed.
