Here you can use a section, that is, a collection of blocks that are often used together. Just click on the "Sections" tab and then select the "Header" category.

Then click the Call to Action button .

It's smart to give customers the option to return to the cart page and add more items or change the quantity, so include the call to action you want to use for this button, such as "View Cart" or something similar.

Then enter the URL of your WooCommerce shopping cart page in the “Link” field.

By clicking this button, customers can now access the shopping cart page.
