According to Forbes magazine, he was the richest African-American of the 20th century and the only black person in the world to have more than a billion dollars for three consecutive years. His fortune amounts to 2.9 billion dollars .

Winfrey was born in 1954 and raised by her single mother in rural Mississippi. Her early years were not easy, with a sexual assault and pregnancy at the age of 14. Forbes magazine estimates his fortune at $24.2 billion , a figure he has earned himself. Soros, whose original name is Schwartz György, is a survivor of the Nazi occupation of his country, Hungary, during World War II.

He started out as a messenger boy at the La Maja haberdashery , a shop in A Coruña where he met all the people with whom he would later create his empire. Later he was promoted to clerk and then he started an experiment. Amancio Ortega came up with the idea that his brother's wife, who also works at La Maja as a seamstress, could sew for them the fabric chosen by the haberdashery owners so that their production would be absorbed by the shop itself.

Soon, Ortega understood that added value was lost along the way. This reflection led him to decide that if they wanted to make their way, they would have to do it alone, as a family. That's how Zara was born , in a gloomy basement in A Coruña, where production of the pink quilted dressing gowns so fashionable in the 1960s began.
