Growing up hurts. It is a truth that many of us have experienced firsthand. Getting out of our comfort zone, challenging fears, and constantly learning is a difficult and counterintuitive process. Recently, during a retrospective of the last few months at SquadS Ventures, in a 1:1 with Diego, he told me a phrase that I wanted to share with all of you: “Growing up hurts.”
The challenge of undertaking
Starting a business is not easy and it is not for everyone . It is full of uncertainty, ups and downs and unforeseen events. It clashes a lot with the personal, and I find it difficult to separate the two worlds. However, there are certain aspects that make it worthwhile:
The passion that drives you forward.
Constant learning that enriches you.
The satisfaction of seeing your ideas take shape.
These elements are what keep us on track, despite the difficulties. Let's delve into each of them to better understand how they affect us and how we can make the most of them.
Passion as a driving force
Once you get the entrepreneurial bug, it's hard to control it. That's where list of argentina cell phone numbers the whole journey starts. Passion is the engine that drives you to keep going, even when things get tough. All Squaders go through this. Joakim I. and Luciano are great examples of this.
Passion not only gives you energy, but it also helps you stay focused on your goals. When you are passionate about something and it fulfills you enough to keep you up at night and wake up full of energy in the morning, in my opinion, it is worth double-clicking.
Constant learning
Learning is a fundamental part of the entrepreneurial process. It is not only about acquiring new knowledge, but also about learning from mistakes and adapting to changing circumstances. This constant learning is what allows us to grow and improve.
At SquadS Ventures, we have learned a lot over the years. Every project, every challenge, has taught us something new. And while it can be difficult at times, learning is what allows us to keep moving forward and achieve our goals.
