Through the Laboratory for Collaborative Research and Innovation in Educational Technology (LIICTÉ) and based on an interdisciplinary methodology, technical and pedagogical profiles plan, design, develop and evaluate projects for the development of technologies and educational content.

The adoption of Lean-Agile principles and practices and the adaptation of the Kanban Taiwan Mobile Database methodology to carry out work has allowed the optimization of tasks and improved the performance level of the same teams, as well as the generation of quality products and services.

Introduction
The purpose of this article is to explain how, after analyzing the theoretical framework of Lean-Agile principles and practices together with the Kanban methodology, these principles and methodologies were adopted for the development of projects carried out by CATED at LIICTÉ and the adaptations required for its better functioning and acceptance by the work teams. Likewise, work was carried out jointly with the Special Educational Projects Area of ​​the same CATED to unify criteria. Each department head has worked on adapting Kanban to the specific nature of their area.
