How to receive a lead within Make from a Lead Generation campaign?

Post by nurnobi90 »

In this first scenario of the series of steps to automate WhatsApp business through Make (formerly Integromat) for lead management, I will explain how to receive potential clients from different channels, and then save all the resulting information in a Google spreadsheet.

How does WhatsApp automation created with Make work?
In this case, a form has been configured from a blog, which will activate the operation of the automation system with your WhatsApp. At this point, different start modules can be used , depending on the medium used to capture the lead, such as WordPress, Netlify, Facebook...

Remember that you can download this scenario by going to the jamaica mobile database description of the video How to receive a lead within Make from a lead generation campaign? , which is available on my YouTube channel “Automatize with Make (formerly Integromat)”.

To test the operation of the scenario, you can fill out the form in the contact section of blog.consultoriaweb.cl/contact , which will automatically activate the system.

Google Sheet Module
With all the data obtained from the form that has been linked in the first module, a Google spreadsheet will be filled out that will store information such as:

Date of receipt.
Medium from which the lead is being captured.
Lead data: First name, last name, email, phone number.
Interaction data such as: Date the message was sent, status, first response from the lead…
To do this, you need to link the spreadsheet to your Google account and map each of the fields to the boxes in module 1 where the message information will be collected.

If it exists: the phone number will be checked in the database to see if it has already been previously registered using a Data Store module with the “Check the existence of a record” action, and then the correct format of the number will be added using a “phone number” module.
Router #2

In order to validate that the message can be sent correctly, it must be verified that the registered phone number is a valid number. For this, a router module is used, where two more routes can be generated:
