Alchemy 2.0 of the Internet infrastructure but about the possibility of understanding and exploring information. There is speculation that this is possible, but in fact today even the Internet giants cannot clearly articulate the questions they want to answer. I associate this with the era when alchemists wanted to transform materials into gold.
If this is true, marketing will become more precise and will rely heavily on mathematicians and actuaries. But that's not all: the access points are also undergoing transformation. Let's look at an example below...
The end of apps
In June of this year, the Financial Times launched a new app to read its content from iOS devices. The peculiarity is that it is not an app that is purchased from the app store but is simply a website in HTML5. The main reason Belgium Mobile Database for this was to avoid the control that Apple imposes (30% of subscription revenues, control of user data). It was reported that 100,000 of its 224,000 subscribers accessed the application the week it was made available. In the same month, a rumor spread that Facebook's Spartan project would be based on HTML5. Facebook is interested in reaching the consumer directly, in fact it is necessary to generate a business model with long-term growth. The “Facebook” is in a strategic position to compete for content distribution against Apple. The latter has taken years to generate 225 million accounts with registered credit cards, it has had to make large investments in content and even venture into hardware.
The big question is not about the future
