More effective in some aspects than any existing

Lean or Agile methodology. I will talk about this in future articles.

All well and good, but which method is best suited for a particular project? Who is in a position to prescribe the values, principles, practices and patterns to be observed by the members of that particular project group, who are tasked with solving a specific type of problem?

Methodological effort is very important for a large-scale software development azerbaijan phone number data project. That is not in doubt. However, the dimension of its importance is such that this effort should not be left primarily in the hands of someone external to the project. What is in doubt, for sanity, is the attempt to regulate and prescribe from outside what a project group in charge of creating a software-based business solution should think and do.

Project groups that practice methodological thinking themselves tend to self-manage and interact with their customers and users in terms of business value delivered in production on a continuous basis and at a sustained level of quality; that is, the pattern of trust built on the facts of customer and user experience speaks to the quality of what is delivered. For such project groups there is no need to attempt an external prescription about their internal methods and procedures for interacting with their customers and users; rather, they themselves practice self-criticism on a regular basis and adapt their mindset and behavior based on both internal and external feedback, which they themselves seek out with self-interest.
