Tip 7 – Automatically monitored folders
There are PDF files that I would like to have automatically available in Evernote. I upload these PDF files directly into a folder on my server that I have called Documents. This folder is monitored by Evernote and the PDF document is automatically uploaded to the corresponding notebook in Evernote and a note is created.
This has the advantage that this document is now available for full-text search in Evernote. Of course, I could also first download the PDF document to the download belarus telegram screening folder or to the desktop, then manually create a note in the "Documents" notebook and drag the PDF onto the empty note. But automatic is faster and I can't forget it either.
You can find out how to set this up on the EverNote help page .
At first I also used the free version of Evernote, but a few years ago I switched to Premium. This was mainly because I couldn't manage with the monthly upload quota. But now I appreciate not only the accelerated indexing of PDF documents but also the automatic versioning, searching in embedded Office documents, working offline on my tablet and the really fast support that you get when you're a Premium user.
