I also keep coming up with new ideas on how I can support the members. In the first half of 2021, I gradually started interviewing a member live on my Facebook page every Friday. I consider the preparation and implementation to be "freestyle" and therefore out of the ordinary. The scope of this is around 30 minutes for preparing the member's introduction and creating suitable questions, then around 45 minutes for the interview with pre- and post-interview. If you are interested in the live shows - you can find them all here on my Facebook page .
The surroundings
I also don’t want to leave out the work on the members area on my website, which is protected from unauthorized access with Digimember.
Even though I had a plan at the germany telegram screening beginning of what should be found there, if you compare it to a garden, you would say that the members' area has become a bit overgrown over the years. In some places, a lot of content has been created (the recordings of the online seminars), in others I have stored much less content than initially thought. And so the cleanup and renovation work began in the background as early as 2020. This should be completed in autumn 2021.
All online seminars have now been converted from pages into posts and have been given their own post image. This conversion was necessary in order to be able to add keywords to the seminars, so that in future they no longer have to be classified manually into a category, but this happens automatically. This will speed up the workflow in the future and also enable certain seminars to appear in different categories if the topic fits into several categories.
This is what the new post images for the recorded online seminars look like – even though there were over 100, it was done relatively quickly with Canva.
So far I have been uploading the recordings of the consultation hours, which currently take place twice a month, to the circle Facebook group. That's fine, but not ideal. The consultation hours also contain a lot of valuable information that simply gets lost over time in a system like Facebook. I would therefore like to make the recordings permanently available via a separate section in the members' area.
