A label with a seal is also required. It states:

the name of the product, what metal it is made of, what kind of inserts it has (precious stones or something else);

factory sample;

for stones – cut shape, list of characteristics (quality, color);

article and/or model number;

weight of the entire product;

price.

At the time of sale, the seller is responsible for making sure that the label describes this particular item. Information about gemstones is contained in the certificate, and it should also be checked.

If the buyer wants to make sure that the weight of the product is correct, then at his request and in his presence the seller is obliged to weigh it.

The requirement to submit a receipt when purchasing goods in this category is no longer required.

Distance selling of precious items and stones is permitted, and their return (provided they are of proper quality) is also permitted.
