Whether an employee is paid for unused time off upon dismissal depends on the basis on which they were provided. Time off for work on a day off or holiday must be compensated with money. The payment is calculated according to the rules of Article 153 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation - at least double the amount, if the company did not provide another day off in return.
Calculation example
