Note: If you selected the "higher intent" option earlier, you will also get the option to see what the preview screen looks like, but if you selected "higher volume", this option will not be available.

The completion box or “thank you” screen is the follow-up section after the form is filled out. This is where you can write your actionable offer and, most importantly, add a call-to-action (CTA) button. Choose from “view website,” “download,” or “call the company.”

Once you have completed all these steps and are happy with the form preview on the right, click the publish button. Your lead form is ready.

Creating a lead form
Once you have finished creating your instant form, you will see a “promote” button. Click on it and it will take you to the ad creative area, which you may be a little more familiar with.

Here you can set up the lead form itself. Keep in mind that if you decide to use an ad image in your form, you can set it here.

Additionally, in the ad creative area, you'll create your ad, choose your ad's target audience, set the campaign duration, and determine your budget. If you're struggling with writing messages, check out our guide to writing a Facebook ad.

Once you've finished setting up, click "Deploy" to start running your ads on Facebook and Instagram.
