PFor the third consecutive year, the email marketing platform Acrelia has published its 2023 email marketing report , in which it analyses the state and trends of the sector. To prepare it, it has had the participation of more than 350 Spanish companies from different economic sectors, through interviews collected between September and October.
The overall picture of the study is that email marketing in Spain is in good health. While 53% of participants consider it to be working well (a figure slightly higher than last year, when it was 52%), there are clear signs of improvement. 18% think it is working very well (vs. 16% in 2022) and only 2% think it is working very poorly (vs. 4% in 2022). In addition to this, 67% of companies say that revenue attributable to email marketing reaches 30% of the business's total revenue.

Conversion remains the main objective of email marketing
When asked about the objective of email bosnia and herzegovina number data marketing campaigns, 68% of companies use it to convert their prospects , showing an increase compared to last year, when it was 64%. This trend is directly related to sales, an objective pursued by 75% of respondents (in 2022 it was 64%).
63% of respondents are looking for more opens and clicks (up from 64% in 2022); 45% want to send more personalized content to their audience; 39% are looking to increase subscribers (vs. 30% in 2023).
Only 25% consider deliverability (reaching the user's inbox) a priority goal, ranking last for the third consecutive year.
