First and foremost, it's about authenticity. The influencer or face of the campaign must have a clear and positive relationship with the brand or product. It's quite simple and a bit old school, but it works.

How do you try to innovate in the field of PR to keep your campaigns current?
Every product or brand I communicate has different target groups, and therefore different channels from which they consume information. For example, Generation Z hardly follows regular media anymore, but rather social networks. Therefore, the given communication needs to be adapted not only in terms of content and tone of voice, but also in terms of correctly selected types of media, whether traditional or new.
What are your strategies for coping with the large amount of information and news you have to keep up with daily?
I can't imagine my work without media monitoring. Thanks to applications such as Mediaboard, I am constantly informed about what is being written about the company, product or a more general topic. For example, the smartphone application that sends me notifications about newly published outputs is also great. This is a great thing, especially in times of crisis communications, when you have to evaluate every single output and often react to it.
