Marketing Monday: Online for offline businesses

Post by suchona.kani.z »

Two hours of inspiring talks about starting a business, approaching online marketing, a unique product and visions. A total of four speakers and four stories. What do fashion, bag making, sushi and fine coffee have in common? A lot.

About mothers and daughters: stories about generational differences and new shoes
The first to speak was Pavlína Louženská from H1.cz, who was not so much a debater as a speaker. Because Pavlína lives by fashion , she shared with us a story about shopping and her mother. Success in the fashion industry is based on the shopping behavior of two different groups, Generation X and Y. While the older Generation X, raised offline and lacking in anything, goes to buy clothes in brick-and-mortar stores, Generation Y no longer wants to go to stores.

Our self-centered, recognition-hungry, selfie-seeking generation ig database wants to go into a store to try on clothes and then buy them online. Some brands have figured this out, others haven’t. So tell a story, show yourself, skip traditional media, and think online first.

AITOM's opinion: A simple, great and above all true idea. Anyone who thinks about fashion the same way as Pavlína is on a horse.

Bag making Tlustý: unique leather products and online
On stage stands the handsome Ivan Petrův, who manages the development of Brašnářství Tlustý , which builds on the tradition of Czech handicraft production. In 2013, they were at the beginning, they called themselves an "industrial startup", but a lot has changed in less than two years. People want quality products, handmade products that will last for years. Brašnářství Tlustý has invested in uniqueness and spreading on social networks, where they have over 20 thousand fans.

You won't find brick-and-mortar stores with products from the Tlustý workshop anywhere. Do you want a belt, wallet, bag? Come directly to the workshop. They will be happy to let you try their craft and you can try making a hole in your belt yourself. What about the Tlustý Bag Factory and online marketing? Social networks feed us , says Ivan Petrův.
