09CrCuSb (ND steel) is used for coal-fired boiler and oil-fired boiler; hot-rolled steel plates and tubes with excellent sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance, developed for heat exchange purposes, smoke pipes, chimneys, boiler air heaters, gas savers, heat exchangers, condenser coolers, evaporators and other purposes of electric furnaces. Its excellent sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance and extremely high economic performance make it the best material that can completely replace stainless steel and outperform stainless steel (in terms of sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance). ND steel has significant economic significance and is in line with modern "green" concepts such as efficiency, durability, energy conservation and environmental protection, as well as national policy guidelines for development.



Mainly used for: economizer, air heater, heat exchanger and evaporator in high-sulfur flue gas, steel chimney liner to resist condensation corrosion of sulfur flue gas. It has excellent resistance to sulfur ion egypt number data corrosion, hydrochloric acid and other acid corrosion. Acid-resistant steel is currently the most ideal steel for "low sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance" at home and abroad.

In industries such as power, metallurgy and petrochemicals, flue gas cleaning systems using coal or heavy oil as the main fuel, such as air preheaters, economizers, chimneys and desulfurization devices in low-temperature areas of boilers, often encounter equipment corrosion problems caused by high sulfur content in fuel, which forms sulfuric acid at the dew point temperature. This is called "sulfuric acid dew point corrosion".
