If you’re a gamer, you know that finding the perfect motherboard is one of the most important things in the whole “build your own gaming rig” process. First of all, I have to say that installing the motherboard into my PC case was easy and straightforward thanks to its well-thought-out layout. The AM5 socket supports the latest AMD Ryzen 9000 and 8000 series processors, as well as previous-generation Ryzen 7000 processors. While the benchmarks you’ll see later in this review were conducted with the AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, you should know that the motherboard performed admirably with the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, and AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. Pair any of these processors with a high-end graphics card, and the ASUS ROG Strix X670E-A Gaming WiFi motherboard will show its true potential in no time.
