How to optimize remote work: sharing and managing responsibilities

Post by samiaseo222 »

In addition to monitoring working hours, the proper distribution and management of responsibilities is essential for the efficient functioning of the team. Various online tools and systems also come to the rescue in this area. They make the structured transfer of information and tasks much simpler. These programs include Slack, Asana or Trello.

Slack
Slack is a cloud-based instant messaging korean number whatsapp service. It allows for effective communication between team members. It allows you to connect with other services through so-called integrations. Slack significantly reduces the need to use email as the primary means of communication. It allows you to store all communication channels in one place.

Free or paid?

This service is available in both free and paid versions. The paid version allows you to search back through messages indefinitely, while the free version limits you to the last 10,000 messages.

Asana
It is a service tailored to project management. It allows us to adapt the system to our own hypotheses, making the service very personalized for the user. In Asana, we can create project teams that fit our expectations. Then, within a project, we can assign tasks to its members and subtasks within tasks. Due dates can be set for each task, and they can be labeled or color-coded. Within a task, it is possible to hold conversations with the people assigned to it and exchange files/documents sent as attachments. Email notifications to the person associated with a task or comment are also very practical.

Free or paid?

The app is only available in English. The basic version is free, but to expand it with more features requires a fee.

Trello
Another application to optimize remote work is Trello. This service allows us to create so-called whiteboards, which can correspond, for example, to projects or departments of a company. Within them, we can add lists, i.e. tasks, define deadlines and assign them to specific team members. It is also possible to add attachments. All this allows us to divide tasks precisely and plan project times, which can greatly facilitate remote work for colleagues.

Free or paid?

The tool is free in its basic version. However, to use the Class or Enterprise package, you have to pay $9.99 per user and $20.83 per month for every 100 users, respectively. The extensions described offer, among other things, the adjustment of collaborators' permissions, the export of all data and team history, the option to encrypt information, and many others .
