URL string syntax error

Post by Rina7RS »

If you see this error, it means you have entered the wrong URL. This is the most common cause of 400 Bad Requests. You can also have "malformed URL" or "illegal" characters in the URL string.

Malformed URLs typically occur when the URL string contains extra percent signs %. Illegal characters are characters not normally found in URLs for example, "}".

How to fix: Double-check the URL for typos, illegal portugal mobile database characters, or remove the double %% characters and try again.

Corrupted or invalid cookies
Cookies are information stored on your computer about websites you have visited. The next time you visit that website, it will use the data stored in the cookie to load faster for you.

If the cookies you have are stale, expired, or corrupted, you may receive a Bad Request error.

How to fix: You can clear your entire cache or refresh the page to get new cookies. Clearing your browser cache means you will have to accept new cookies after revisiting that page.

Unsynchronized DNS cache
Websites use DNS caching to obtain information about your past online queries. Your computer saves a temporary database of websites you've visited, which can affect your search results.

However, unauthorized IP addresses can be added to your DNS cache, or a technical glitch can corrupt your DNS cache. If your computer is infected with a virus, it can affect your DNS cache.

In this chapter, I’ll go over some quick strategies you can use to optimize your site for RankBrain.
