I am regularly asked, " How often should a keyword appear in a blog article?"
My answer: As often as necessary. As little as possible.
There was a time when it was recommended to repeat the keyword or keyword phrase a certain percentage of the text. There was a ecuador telegram screening time when it was even recommended to repeat the keyword up to 7% of the total number of words!
In order for the tools that calculated this for you to work, the keyword had to be used in the text without regard to grammatical inflection. Synonyms (other words with the same meaning) were not allowed to be used. Instead, it was better to create another page with almost identical content but with the other keyword. That was also a pretty stupid idea, which fortunately no longer has any effect with Google's Rank Brain .
Honestly, you don’t like reading texts like that!
Keyword stuffing is penalized by Google – and that is why you should not follow such recommendations under any circumstances. I have described in detail why this is the case in my article Do I still need keywords for search engine optimization ?
My best tip for you at this point: Write a text that is easy to read for your human readers, not for the Google robot! Google is now so semantically strong that such contortions are no longer necessary!
