Susanne was annoyed. Annoyed by the online business that she had expected so much from.

This is not only Susanne's outcry, but that of many, many others whom I have helped in recent years in forums, groups and, of course, as my customers.

What basic knowledge?
Don't be mad at me if I'm being very clear here - not every single point may apply to you personally, but the more of these points you combine in yourself, the more difficult it will be for you to be successful with your online marketing.
Lack of English skills
Unfortunately, not everyone had English at school and not everyone was good at it. I understand that perfectly. And I also understand that the uncertainty that can arise from a lack of language skills when using tools and apps can be quite hampering. I still remember very well how difficult it was for me when I had to explain to my Spanish teacher how to use the computer in Spanish. But after a short time, the words el ordenador ( computer ), la pantalla ( screen ) and descargar ( download ) rolled off my lips quite easily.
In most cases, you don't need that much vocabulary to be able to use an app or program safely. With a vocabulary list, you'll know what you need to know in no time. And since most terms are found again and again in most apps, it gets easier over time.
