The documents in ClickUp work very similarly to Notion. You can assign cover images and icons to the documents. If you want, you can add comments to a document or link it to a task or another document. Documents can also be "nested" and a hierarchy can be created like in Notion or other outliner programs.
I use the documents to record ideas, brainstorming sessions, plans and documentation for and about my company. Because it is super easy to create a germany telegram screening task from a highlighted text, a seamless workflow is possible here, which I would not have with the interaction between Trello and Notion, for example.
In the screenshot you can see the "home page" of my Marketing Magic Wiki, where I document important technical events as well as processes (for example, updating the forum software for my members' area, the Marketing Magic Circle) . But useful information such as service providers that I like to recommend or competitors can also be found in this collection of documents.

Many of the features ClickUp offers are specifically geared towards team collaboration. Nevertheless, I have been using ClickUp since February 2021 - as a solopreneur and with enthusiasm.
