I am not a fan of overly niche positioning

This is where marketing advice tends to go too far and focus so much on positioning that all that's left is a narrow-minded topic that doesn't give you any room to breathe or be creative.

The best thing to do is to be clear about what you are really brilliant at.

Do you know the brilliance square? If at all possible, you should focus your offers only on the brilliance area (okay, a little bit of excellence is allowed).

You should avoid anything el salvador telegram screening that you can do competently but that usually requires more effort than an expert. It's best not to even think about offering tasks that you are incompetent at (but that you may have previously felt you "had to" offer for the sake of completeness).

But also be clear about your target customers. Not just who you want to work with. But also who you don't want to work with (anymore). Yes, we can also reject customers. Or specifically exclude them if they don't fit with us. We are not an authority that has to serve everyone.
