Tidio Tidio is a Polish live chat solution powered by chatbots. It is designed specifically for the WordPress community, so it is a great solution if your site is powered by WordPress. Although, that does not mean it is not a great solution for other website builders. What we liked about Tidio: You can add a survey before the chat to get to know your site visitor better. There are over translations available in different languages. Those that are not on this list can still be used, but you will have to translate them yourself.
Mobile application available. There is a Chrome plugin that sends desktop notifications when there is a pending offline chat. There is a free tariff plan Forever Free. Very fast installation. Support managers respond bank data quickly to requests and are ready to help. Pricing: All plans even the free one allow for users, but the Communicator plan which costs month will let you add additional users for . What could be improved: The following channels are available: online consultant on your website, email or Messenger.

It would be nice to be able to use it on other channels such as Skype or Whatsapp. The number of direct integrations offered is quite limited, although you can always use Zapier. The pre-chat survey works well, so I wonder why it doesn't also offer a post-chat survey. The visual editor for the automation workflow is a bit limited, for example, it is not possible to disable the automation, it can only be deleted. Recommended for: It’s very affordable and easy to use, so it’s a good option for small and medium businesses. However, if you’re looking for something more advanced and need additional channels like Skype, Twitter, or Slack, you might find Tidio not the right fit.
