At abbino, there are a variety of modules that our customers can use to actively manage their purchasing - i.e. the processes, suppliers, partners and master data. All steps in electronic purchasing are supported by our software, starting with supplier onboarding, e-inquiries, e-orders and e-delivery notifications, through to e-invoicing and supplier evaluation. This reliably secures our customers' supply chain.



How do you structure your sales ? Are there any measures that work particularly well?
P. Frömmel: I work primarily through telephone acquisition or contacting potential customers via email. If the customer is interested, either an on-site appointment or a web session takes place.

I have the most success with telephone acquisition and personal conversations. We also occasionally hold webinars, which are advertised in advance via email and our networks. A.Fröhlich: The eSolution Days are the largest platform for eSourcing and eProcurement solutions. They are, so to speak, the "class reunion" of all players in this industry. In addition to acquiring new customers, the aim is also to meet existing customers. Since all players are together, it is also a good platform to get an overview of the competition or to forge alliances.
