Describe the task in detail

Post by nusaiba125 »

Write down everything you know about the task. Anything you don't say is guaranteed to be lost, forgotten, ignored, or misinterpreted. Write down all your thoughts on the task. And to avoid it being a stream of consciousness, use bulleted lists, group tasks hierarchically and by meaning, and visually highlight the important things. And: be sure to assign responsibilities and set deadlines.

If the contractor did exactly what you wanted without a single benin consumer email list clarification, then you are a guru of technical specifications, your tasks are ideal.

A task is not a task if the performer does not understand:

for which site or object the task needs to be completed;
what is the volume of work in hours and what are the series of subtasks;
what are the labor costs for the task: fixed or “from” - if “from”, then when should you stop;
in what time frame it needs to be completed.
Add to task:

a clear and detailed description of everything that needs to be done;
all files, documents, pictures, tables, etc. are attached to the task. If this is a link, then the performer has access.

Set a time frame
For each task, we set two deadlines. The internal deadline is called the redline . The work must be done within the company within this period, but there is still time for revisions before showing to the client. Deadline is the last date for demonstrating the results to the client. The deadline does not shift.
