Multi-tier loyalty programs

Post by subornaakter24 »

At first glance, the system is simple, but upon closer inspection it looks complicated. The calculation depends on the amount of money spent in your company. The larger this amount, the more interesting the group in which the client will be, and the more significant the bonuses received.

Multi-tier loyalty programs

These may not be points, but interior designers service email list certain services (free delivery, extended warranty period, etc.). A person increases his status in the eyes of your organization by his spending. Multi-tier loyalty programs are often used by banks, insurance companies, and large air carriers.

The advantages of such a system:

Belonging to a privileged group flatters the client's vanity, so he will make maximum efforts (read: spend more money) to get into it.

Ideal for people who consider themselves VIP buyers.

Disadvantages of such a system:

For regular sales it is rather a minus, but for expensive goods and services this scheme is simply ideal.

To increase their status, the client will need to spend a lot of money to get more bonuses. Not everyone can do this.

It is easy to describe such a program, but quite difficult to implement in practice. It is even more problematic to track the results. This will require special software.

Paid loyalty program
It is also very convenient. A person pays a fee and for a fixed amount per month gets access to various privileges. This can be anything: additional services, the opportunity to get into a closed catalog or some other resources that are not available to those who do not participate in the loyalty program.

The advantages of such a system:

Simple organization.

Very convenient for high-demand products.

Buyers quite often acquire the opportunity to participate in such a loyalty program, but do not always exercise this right (the money remains in the company).

The cost of bonuses can be calculated in such a way that they are quite profitable for you in terms of money.

Disadvantages of the system:

If a person does not feel the benefit of purchasing goods through a paid subscription, then it is unlikely that this program will remain relevant.

A loyalty system for which clients pay you is cool and solid. But a person is so arranged that he will part with his money only if he feels an equal exchange. For this to happen, your company must have a high rating in its sales territory, be mega-popular. As an example - the stores "Okay" and "Lenta". Their bonus cards cost pennies, but the discounts on them are very significant.

Cashback
Cashback is a very interesting discount when part of the paid cost of the goods is returned to the customer's card. This new generation loyalty program either transfers to a virtual card or sends money to a bank card. The size of the cashback varies: in some companies the percentage of return may be higher than in others, which makes them more attractive. According to the terms established by the organization, this money can be used to pay for part of the next purchase or its full cost.
