The following data are related to the September 2024 report , issued by the Civil Construction Industry Union (Sinduscon) of each mapped state. This data is related to CUB – Basic Unit Construction Costs .
Each table presents construction value data per square meter for each of the categories and standards, organized by selected states from each of the regions of Brazil: Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Amazonas and Pernambuco.
In order to establish a comparison with one of the regions with the greatest economic activity in Brazil and proportional participation in the GDP, we also included data for the state of São Paulo at the end.
