I am 22 years old and have a degree in political science in the field of international relations and diplomacy. He would describe himself as a young enthusiast, ambitious and positive person with an adventurous spirit.

I love new challenges and constantly upgrade myself with knowledge and various experiences. Before enrolling in the Academy of Human Resources in Semos Edukacija, I volunteered in several youth non-governmental organizations, and during my studies, I worked on Work and Travel programs in Croatia and Germany.



How did you decide to become a Human Resources Specialist?
The decision to become a Human kazakhstan email list Resources Specialist stems from my passion for working with people and the desire to help them cope with their challenges. Creating a positive and supportive environment for individuals is something that personally fulfills me, which is why I totally found myself in the HR industry.

I was also attracted by the dynamic nature of human resources, where every day is an opportunity to make a significant impact, but also by the fact that the industry itself is unique and attractive and provides continuous learning. Additionally, this area offers opportunities for career growth and a diverse range of challenges, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company by aligning human resources with business goals.



What did you learn during your time at the Academy and how much meaning do you apply to practice?
During the Academy, I gained knowledge about the recruitment process, employee performance measurement, employee motivation techniques and many other useful things related to the HR industry. Most of what I learned at the Academy, I directly apply it in practice.
