People who have recovered from COVID are starting to find something scary

Post by rakhirhif8963 »

The bill introduces the concepts of "above-ground garages", "underground garages", and "underground garage complexes". As explained by the head of the State Duma Committee on Property, Land and Property Relations Sergei Gavrilov ( CPRF faction ), owners of fully underground garages without above-ground structures will not register the land as their property or lease, but will retain the ability to use it for major repairs and maintenance. "This solves a long-standing problem when citizens could not service their garage, although they were its legal owners. Thanks to the new norm, if the owner of the land begins to carry out construction work that threatens the integrity of the underground garage, the owner of the garage has the right to demand through the court that such actions be stopped," the deputy said.

Children's fears: what to do if a child is afraid of everything?

Fears are a natural part of growing up, and every child experiences them differently. But what to do if fears become too intrusive and interfere with everyday life?

BabySleep sleep consultant, developmental psychologist and attachment theory expert Tatyana Chkhikvishvili answers this question for RuNews24.ru.

"First of all, you need to understand what exactly it means to be afraid of everything. In what situations do fears appear? Observe your child: it is important to catch what he feels, at what moments he feels insecure, what signals he gives when he needs support."

Here are some strategies to help you and your child cope with his or her fears.

"First of all, pay attention to the child's emotions. Even an adult can find it difficult to explain their feelings during times of stress. And it is even more difficult for a child to do this," the expert explains.

Before you begin discussing fears, it is important to help your child calm down.

"Often we instinctively say, 'It's okay, calm down,' but this can be perceived as invalidating the feelings. It is important for a child to feel that their experiences are valuable and important."

So how can you help your child calm down?

"First of all, get his attention. When emotions overwhelm him, he may not hear you," advises Tatiana.
