My name is Evgeny Teplyakov, I am 38 years old. I was born and raised in Belarus, where after finishing school I studied at an architectural college. Creativity has always attracted me, but my parents were in business, and I eventually followed that path too. After college, I graduated from several institutes and a master's degree in business administration and economics of law. These areas became the main ones in my education and career, and I have always strived to deepen them.
My career experience
My first job was in a small trading company uk email database where we sold building materials. It was a family business with a small staff, and we managed everything ourselves. I remember how we started with small volumes, but gradually, thanks to the efforts of the whole team, we began to grow. I took over the finances, and together with my colleagues, we began to expand the business, which eventually led to the purchase of other enterprises. We were able to create a serious organization, and by 2009 the number of employees increased to almost 500 people. Our company occupied serious positions in a provincial city with a population of about 350-370 thousand people, and this caused a sense of pride.
The work was not easy, and the main challenges were always the issues of growth. We needed to scale, which was sometimes difficult, since there was a lack of knowledge, experience, and personnel. I tried to compensate for this by continuing to learn and develop, and I understood that it was necessary to accumulate experience. I remember how important it was to have mentors who could tell us how to move forward in development. Overall, it was an interesting and intense period when we constantly faced new challenges.
How I worked in international trade
In 2016, I went abroad, where my work profile changed to a more narrow one. I focused on the supply of raw materials and supplies for food production, such as milk and soy. We cooperated with manufacturers from different countries, including Australia, New Zealand and Africa. This work was quite exciting, but at the same time it was smaller in scale and more specialized than my previous activity. I was involved in the localization of our products, and this gave me the opportunity to develop in a different direction. However, when I returned to Belarus, I realized that I needed to expand my knowledge in the field of data analysis, since many new tools have appeared in recent years, which I learned about only now.
Data Analytics
When I learned about the possibilities of no-code and neural networks, it was a real discovery for me. Honestly, I don’t remember how exactly I learned about the Zerocoder University, but I became interested in learning.
In addition, my mother, who is actively involved in educational programs, also shared information with me about new directions, and this pushed me to study. I understood that now I have time for training, and this is an important stage that I need for personal and professional development.
I liked that studying at Zerocoder was very similar to live training, it was interesting to communicate with classmates. The friendly attitude of the managers was also quite important. Manager Irina helped me, thanks to her I was able to arrange an installment plan and this became a decisive factor.
I am currently taking a course in data analysis. In my master's degree, I had a short course that caught my attention but did not provide any deep knowledge. And at Zerocoder University, I see that I can systematically study analytics, and it brings me pleasure. Neural networks really make the analysis process more convenient, and I believe that in the near future, the profession of analysts will change dramatically. Elementary operations can be performed using neural networks, which will allow you to focus on more complex tasks. I see how these technologies can be used to optimize business processes, and this inspires me.
What I'm working with now
I work with various tools, including chatbots based on neural networks, and find it extremely useful. In the second stage of the course, I already started using neural networks to analyze and edit my queries. This allows me to quickly get the data I need and analyze it.

My plans and goals
As for future plans, I want to study Prompt Engineering and Autonomous Agents, as I am interested in this. I also have an idea related to investing in small and medium businesses.
The essence of the project: I want to create a platform for attracting investments to small and medium-sized businesses operating in the real sector of the economy. Today, these companies have access to only loans and business angels from financial instruments, which does not cover the needs of the market at all. So, we form an application, evaluate the client's business by equity and profitability, form a conditional stack of tokens and release them for sale at a special online auction. Thus, the business receives financing, and the retail investor receives a certain amount of tokens backed by real physical assets.
For this project I need a FlutterFlow course to create a template and seek further funding.
I also plan to work in crisis management and solving financial problems for enterprises. I am interested in this area, as I have encountered the need to solve similar problems in my practice. 10 years ago, when our company faced problems with growth, we could not find specialists who could help. We could not afford outsourcing, and then I realized that I needed to independently study how to cope with such challenges. I see my growth and the opportunity to scale the business in this, which is extremely important for me.
Overall, I believe that my current education and learning new tools will not only improve my skills, but also help other companies overcome the financial challenges I have faced. This experience allows me to better understand what solutions can be effective in difficult conditions. I am convinced that the use of analytics and modern technologies will be a key factor in the successful development of business.
