You must renew your registration every year. If you do not, you can't create new forms, you can't install it on a website, it is basically useless.
This is a subscription system, you are not buying the product. Found this out after thinking I had bought the product, only to find out that since I chose not to pay $500 to renew another year, that the product was basically worthless.
