Presence vs Meaningful Presence

By now, everyone knows about the growing importance of customer satisfaction. The role of experience in products, services or brands is also receiving attention. Dutch businesses are taking major steps in the right direction. Brand-new research results show that social channels are being used extensively. Unfortunately, basic matters such as a correct profile design or interactivity with customers receive insufficient attention. So there is work to be done!


Commissioned by business partner a&m impact internet services, WPG Research investigated the participation in and interaction on the most important social channels of professional organizations in the East of the Netherlands. Eight out of ten companies appear to be present on these channels: sounds pretty good! Although, it is strange that 20% still do not see the benefit of this, or lack the knowledge to set it up.

Unfortunately, it is not as beautiful as it seems.
