It can be everything you want to say letter by letter or just the main points and then developing the idea. Sometimes improvisation is very nice!

Once you have the complete script, well organized with everything you want to say, you have 3 options:

1.- Learn the entire script.
You could learn bits and pieces and record little by little. It's an option, a bit laborious but possible and this way you can ensure the highest quality for your video.

2.- Use a teleprompter.

This website allows you to place a monitor in front of you and read the text. Remember to place the screen in front of you so that it is not noticeable that you are reading (just look at the TV presenters).

3.- Improvise.
If it's a topic you're completely familiar with, there's no need to write a script. Simply write down the key concepts you want to talk about and... start recording!

Remember that you don't have to record everything in one take, you can do it using fill shots that allow you to make cuts without it being noticeable or you can make the editing noticeable and give it a more fun and natural touch.
