DES 2023 ensures that AI evolution will create more jobs

At the start of the seventh edition of DES – Digital Enterprise Show , the first Digital Transformation Index, developed by Futurum Group and DES, was presented with the aim of analysing how executives perceive and respond to digital transformation in their businesses and industries. DES predicts that the evolution of AI opens the door to the creation of more jobs
According to the study, the events of the past three years list of malaysia cell phone numbers have led to a notable increase in digital competence and trust . In this regard, 55% of the surveyed participants consider themselves digital leaders in their respective industries, while only 17% think that their organizations are slow to adopt technology.
There has also been an increase in the perception of technology as a driver of job creation over the past three years. 43% of respondents say that new technologies have created job opportunities, compared to 35% in 2019.
Consideration of job creation and destruction becomes crucial as artificial intelligence becomes a fundamental component of organizations’ technology strategy. While AI may make certain functions obsolete, it will also open up new, higher-value job opportunities .
As Daniel Newman, CEO of The Futurum Group , says : “Every technological revolution we have gone through has been a catalyst for the creation of new jobs. In the current revolution, it is not yet clear what these jobs will look like, but the scenario that is opening up is fascinating.”
