Justin Trudeau of the Liberals, Erin O’Toole of the Conservatives, Yves-François Blanchet of the Bloc Québécois and Jagmeet Singh of the NDP and Leader of the Green Party of Canada Annamie Paul face off tonight in the second of three federal election debates.
