For me, Factoría has been my Hello world in this new stage and it has been a natural progression that has been possible thanks to Estefanía Cabanillas or Nia (she'll kill me if I call her Estefanía), my Social Media Strategist and tutor in this process.

We connected from the beginning, and she's guided me. She's also stepped aside to let me continue growing, as we want to have a strong team and give our all, as she's also done with my colleague Julia Pons. I think her greatest strength, aside from being a jack-of-all-trades in the marketing world, is that Nia knows how to lead and manage her team, so I have a role model to look up to for digital marketing, team management, and customer service.

I also have to thank him for having believed in me from the very beginning, in the face of Joan and Miguel Ángel (the big bosses, as I call them when they don't listen to me, hahaha).

Flor Torrejón is another Social Media Strategist who has trusted me, and we've done occasional work together, such as contacting influencers, among other jobs. The best thing about her is that she knows a ton about marketing and always has time to explain honduras mobile database anything you need or any questions you may have. I like that we trust each other enough to sit down and tell me what you think about this; it's something both Nia and she have, that empathy and trust that make you fully commit because you see that they're counting on you.

We must also mention Dani, the designer, blessed with his patience with all of us. He's a genius. If it weren't for his talent, most of our creative work wouldn't turn out half as well, as he knows how to ground and capture our ideas.

As for the process, it has happened very naturally, I already came with the idea of staying in mind, but not with a vague idea of "well let's see if they take me", NO, it was that in my head there was nothing else other than that they were going to tell me to continue , I expressed my desire to stay to Nia and Joan (The boss) in July and in September I reiterated my desire, so two weeks later Joan, Miguel Ángel and I had a meeting about the idea of starting to take on a new client.

What types of clients do you work with at the agency, and what do you do for each of them?
We work with multiple clients. I could mention some, such as SEM (Medical Emergency System), the University of Barcelona, Teknon, Tokyo Sushi, among others.

We manage our clients' digital strategies : we manage social media, email marketing, creatives, and everything the client needs both online and offline. Our most common tasks include blog writing, community management, reporting, and more.

But for example, the other day we presented the proposal for the new website to the client and we also went to LLoret to film a Christmas campaign.

You're also in charge of the agency's digital strategy. What elements do you consider essential for developing a good strategy? Which of the actions you've proposed are you most proud of?
Tough question, since they're all necessary. However, I'd stick with content marketing —that is, how you communicate it and in what way. I love that point where you offer value to the client or user and they interact with it. I love communicating and trying to find out and get into the mind of the user, and above all, doing it with humor and in a relatable way . It's clear that you won't be able to do that on all accounts, but there are some where you have more creative freedom and you have a great time.

The action I proposed, and which I'm most proud of, was a creative project. I'd only been doing it for three weeks, and I said I'd like to do a piece about Gay Pride. The idea was based on the idea that love is love, since even in Spain there are ideas and opinions about sexuality that seem taboo or are frowned upon. Love is love, period, and it's anything but unnatural.
