A blog is only useful if you know how to take advantage of its potential. For starters, it's useless if no one reads your posts. In order for a blog to create value for you and your readers, you need to keep in mind a few key points.

Many times I'm browsing the web and I come across many sites that contain interesting content but that few people will read because they lack some key elements . On the other hand, there are also many blogs that provide very little added value and are not very innovative in their ideas. Most people take it for granted that having a blog is always positive. In the following cases, having a blog is useless:

When it is useful to have a blog

Blogger isolation : Nowadays, it is not enough to write good korea number content. To spread his ideas, a blogger has to actively participate in forums related to his field, take part in discussions on social networks and/or network at events related to his sector .

Publishing content with limited added value : this refers primarily to self-promotional content about the person or their company. Aggressive self-promotion does not work on the Internet, so what you need to do is indirect marketing .

Lack of experience on the part of the blogger : There can always be exceptions, but in most cases you should write about something you are experiencing. If you want to give advice on how to get investment for a project, people will take you more seriously if you have already done it yourself.

Lack of authenticity : Don't sell us the bike. People can tell very quickly if you are authentic or if you are presenting us as someone you are not. Being authentic is a key to having a successful blog.

Lack of integration with social networks : If you have a blog and you are not taking advantage of the synergies and traffic potential of social networks, you are making a serious mistake. 95% of the traffic to this blog comes from these sources. You have to make it easy for your readers to spread your posts and increase your visibility on social networks.

What do you think? In which cases is it not worth having a blog?
