Column – All those new social apps, like Clubhouse and TikTok, are great, but give me Twitter. Have I gone crazy? Definitely not! Twitter is the pub that has had the same interior for 15 years, but where I still prefer to go than to all those trendy cocktail bars. You just have to see the possibilities and I'm going to help you with that!
Twitter just announced that it will be launching a number of new features (this year?). The rumors have fax lists been going around for a while, but now they seem to be more concrete. One of those new features is Super Follow . Twitter users can follow their favorite accounts for a monthly fee to gain certain privileges. Think of access to exclusive content and the possibility to sign up for newsletters that are only available to paying followers. Such a subscription also includes access to a community and special deals and discounts. As a super follower, you get a supporter badge on your own account.

In addition, it will soon be possible (no date has been announced yet) to place certain content behind a paywall. This primarily concerns tweets, but also chats that can be organized in Clubhouse rival Spaces. And Twitter announced Communities . This feature should compete with Facebook groups.
