The user experience is mixed, at first they say they expected more from Copilot, they don't know how to enter the right prompt, it doesn't save as much time as they expected because they still have to check the output. But when they work with Copilot for some time and find things that it can really help them with in their given position, and they learn how to enter prompts correctly, their attitude changes and they are satisfied with Copilot.

What would you like to see as an improvement or new feature in Copilot in the future?
In my opinion, M365 Copilot is not yet ideal in PowerPoint and Excel applications, italy phone number data I would see room for improvement there. As for the function, the integration of the Python programming language into Excel is expected - I am looking forward to it. Here, Copilot would be very useful and could generate great Python scripts for us to automate processes.

Do you have any tips on how to effectively use Copilot for team collaboration in Microsoft 365?
M365 is great for teamwork because it is a cloud solution and data is stored in a repository where team members can access it based on permissions. And Copilot also has access to all this data and can work with shared documents, search for information in them, and generate e-mails based on documents.

If you have any meetings, you can record them all and go back to them if needed to see if team members have any open tasks…

Which prompts do you find most useful?
I chose what I thought was the most interesting feature ("Inspire me") in Word and the most used prompt ("Summarize") in all M365 apps. First, I asked Copilot to write a blog about Prague.

Then I used the “Inspire me” feature.

The feature added information about famous museums in Prague.

Finally, I had the document summarized.
