For me, it starts in the morning. The ideal is to anchor this feeling from the morning, as soon as you get up. Anchoring, the anchor, is the object that we use to keep a boat stable. Feeling gratitude from the morning, as soon as you get up, will anchor a first positive feeling and you will be less likely to fall into negative emotions during the day.

So here, you have to be very careful. that they don't tell you when they talk to you about this exercise, to feel gratitude every day, in the morning, and it's something that I discovered when I tried to apply it by myself. At first, I did it in a way that was much too mechanical. I said to myself: "Every morning, I have to write down lots of things for which I feel gratitude. This is an exercise to do every day, so let's write down lots of things. I am lucky to be in good health, to have a happy family, to have a job that I like, to have running water, to have a beautiful house, etc." so I wrote down lots of things every day.

Today, I try to apply these exercises in a slightly smarter and more efficient way. I do it in three steps. It's something you can really test, see if it works for you. For me, it's something that works for me on a daily basis. You test it. If it works, you continue; if it doesn't work, you test something else.

The first thing I do in the morning is that I stand in front of the mirror, I take a deep breath, I smile and I look, quite simply. It's very simple. It lasts 30 seconds. But the idea of ​​it is to trigger a positive mood, to not give negative emotions or melancholy time to arrive. So, I arrive in front of the mirror, I breathe, I smile and I start... it's ultimately a trigger for my brain, for my emotions, and this trigger pushes me to stay positive or at least to start the day in a positive way. We all know that whatever the activity, the important thing is always the start, the way we start. We don't give negative emotions time to arrive, we put ourselves directly in a positive mode.
