Here, in the case that concerns us, incubation is the time during which your brain works, but it works in the background, unconsciously. You may know, in any case if you have been following the podcasts of Français Authentique "Marcher avec Johan" for a while or if you have followed personal development modules in the academy, you know that our background intelligence, our unconscious, is a part of our brain, a part of our intelligence, which is much more powerful than our conscious intelligence, our conscious brain.

By giving your brain time to incubate, to work unconsciously while you do something else, you give yourself the best assets, the best dispositions, to be as creative as possible or to be as original as possible or as

So, I hope you can hear me because I'm in a place where it's very windy, but I think you can hear me. I have the equipment to withstand the wind and we're going to get to a place where the wind is less windy soon, I think.

In any case, incubation is really a weapon, a super powerful technique. And what's more, it's super easy to use. The key is simply to work in several stages, that is to say, rather than sitting down and saying to yourself: "Come on, I'm going to make my presentation or I'm going to solve my problem today", no, you're already going to do a belgium whatsapp number data first session. And you can do that, without any problem, on a sheet of paper or on a screen, no matter the tool, no matter the location, but you're already going to do a first session.

Then you're going to leave it and you're going to do something else. So if you're at work, you're going to keep working. In the evening, you're going to leave, you're going to be on the road, you're going to listen to music if you have to. If it's the weekend, you're going to go for a walk, you're going to do a lot of other things.

And while you're doing these other things, your unconscious, the unconscious part of your brain, it's still working, just like the unconscious part of your brain controls everything that's going on in your body, it's making your heart beat. Right now, I'm recording a podcast, my heart is beating and it's not my conscious intelligence that's making my heart beat, it's really my background intelligence, my unconscious.

And so, it's the same thing. While you're resting, you take some quiet time, your brain continues to look for solutions. So you're going to do a second session a little later, maybe the next day or a few hours later. It depends on the problem, it depends on the deadline. If it's a problem that needs to be solved for the next day, obviously, you're going to take less time, but you're going to cut it down.
