“The moment Elf Grumbles informed me about a call from a parent, I knew it was an urgent matter and needed to be resolved quickly. Little Johnny was crying and couldn’t sleep, but after much coaxing, he confessed to his dad that Santa was demanding a ransom from him! The little boy had received an email saying that Santa had noticed that he was being naughty and had decided to move him from the ‘naughty’ list to the ‘good’ list unless Johnny paid him $1,400 in Bitcoin,” said Elf Bernard, the head of the Workshop. “Johnny’s dad was outraged, but after suppressing his anger with a glass of something strong, he realized that something was wrong! So he called the helpline to see if he could get Santa to reconsider Johnny’s sentence or negotiate a more reasonable payment.”

Elf Bernard was very worried. How could this happen? Had someone accessed the Good and Bad database and was posing as Santa? He realized that he needed to call the Elven Security Agency, its head, immediately to report the developments and his fear of the database being hacked. To his surprise, Elven Agent X responded that he suspected the possible source of the breach.

“Elf Agent X told me that earlier this year, Elf jordan whatsapp data filed a support complaint when his desktop suddenly stopped working,” said Elf Bernard. Upon inspection, Elf Geek from the IT department determined that Elf Glitterpants had received an email forwarded by Elf Wally from the Packaging department. The email contained a link offering a 75% discount code for glitter bows, so Elf Glitterpants clicked on it. After filling out his personal information on the website, he received a pop-up asking him to enter his username and password to update the flash and print the voucher. He did so and ran the downloaded file. A few seconds later, his screen went blank and he called support.
