you 5 of them that we present to you here.

1. Next dish
Start preparing the dishes in the kitchen, one by one.

Delays and cold food issues are among the most common causes of negative online reviews. These delays can be due to higher than expected customer volume or understaffing, but it’s often a miscommunication between servers and the kitchen that causes them. That’s where the new Next Course feature comes in.

Rather than simply sending an order to the kitchen and letting your cooks decide when to prepare the dishes, give your servers the ability to inform the kitchen of the appropriate preparation times . This little Next button will make communication easier among your staff. Servers no longer need to run back and forth between tables and the kitchen to let your cooks qatar number for whatsapp know when it’s time to start preparing the next dish : they can simply press this button from the floor. Cooks no longer need to manually manage long orders or remember which dish is next, because the POS system will now automatically send them this information.

Your servers are in the best position to know when a table is ready for the next services. Give them the ability to communicate to the kitchen the right times to start preparing dishes.

The Next button is located in the dish layout options on the order screen. To include additional details, have the kitchen begin preparing the dish and include the dish items on the voucher by enabling the Next Dish option on your kitchen template.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, happy hour, vegan – the possibilities are endless. The new multi-menu feature allows you to create specialized menus made up of different categories.

What's new :

Define specific menus per device and per floor plan
'Last Used' menu memory per user
Group different categories in one menu
Switch between menus at the top of your POS order screen to access specific menus on certain devices or in certain sections of your establishment. The menu selection in the app is remembered based on the user, meaning that two servers working on the same device will see their preferred menu when they log in.

Note: Once you have set up a specific menu, only the products related to that menu will appear in the Restaurant app. In other words, you cannot manually enter an item on an order that is not in that menu. However, it is possible to add items from different menus in the same order. Naturally, it is therefore best to always keep an “ALL” menu that includes each of your categories. This way, you can always refer to it for additional items.
