With the latest updates, Digisac's Webchat has received several improvements that make the service even more efficient and customizable. Here are the main new features:

1. Widget customization
Now, businesses can customize it to align with their visual identity. They can choose colors, icons, buttons, logos , and even welcome messages that reflect their company’s brand.

All changes are applied in real time, meaning there is no need to test or reconfigure the website.

2. Setting up the support form
One of the most useful features is the ability to add a registration form at the beginning of the service.
