Where does talent come from?
In Lima we are lucky to have professionals from all over the country, so we have a very good idea of the quality of the professionals who graduate from universities year after year. Of course we can assure you that the main talent that we like the most comes from our academic affiliates and associates, including the Universidad San Martín, the Pontifical Catholic University, the National University of Engineering, the Garcilazo de la Vega University, the Iberotec Technological Institute and Avansys, but obviously at the national level we have many more quality academic centers with which we are already beginning to work.
What are the main obstacles to the growth of the Peruvian Software Industry?
We have several fronts to attack.
